- Fully equipped kitchen with cookware and grill tools, a living and dining room for more than 10.
- Private terrace with a grill and outdoor dining, overlooking the sea and the gardens (the sea view is partial, between the houses).

The condominium and the hotel next door
Inside the condominium you get direct access to Sarapampa beach, 5 pools, 2 tennis courts, a grass mini-football pitch, a playground, a gym, a spa and a shop. As a guest you can also use the VPX Hotel Asia: the heated rooftop pool, the bar, outdoor cinema, karaoke and beach bonfires. Hotel activities follow the hotel's daily schedule.
How to book
The price is dynamic: it depends on your dates and what is still free. On our booking page you pick the dates and how many are coming and see availability and the exact total right away. Nothing is charged then: we confirm the booking on WhatsApp and send you the payment details. The minimum stay is 2 nights; check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM.
